Teens 16+ May Volunteer at a Hospice CareCenter
Are you a musician that would love to share your talent in a beautiful environment? Would you like to visit with patients and their families and support our CareCenter staff? JourneyCare has Hospice CareCenters in a number of locations – possibly near you. Consider attending an upcoming one-day comprehensive training to prepare you to be an CareCenter volunteer. Your help would be invaluable! Just click the Agency Volunteer button and complete the application!
No matter where you would like to volunteer – the Barrington Juniors (4th–8th graders), the Youth Advisory Board (high school students), or with the Kids Who Care Drop-in Group in Glenview or in the South Suburbs (1st–12 graders) – an online application is required. Just click on the Kids Who Care button and proceed to the application.
No new applications for the Barrington Juniors or the Youth Advisory Board will be accepted for the 2017-18 school year.
Applications for one of the KWC Drop-in groups are accepted throughout the school year. When we receive your application, we’ll send along a calendar of events for the group you’re requesting.
